Platform Architecture

Cloud Solution Architect (m/w/d)

Design Kubernetes, OpenShift, hybrid cloud, and enterprise platform architectures for production environments.
80–100% On-site Remote
KubernetesOpenShiftArchitectureHybrid CloudSecurity

What you will do

  • Design Kubernetes, OpenShift, hybrid cloud, and enterprise platform architectures.
  • Work with customers to understand operational, security, and delivery requirements.
  • Translate technical complexity into clear architecture decisions.
  • Support handovers from architecture into implementation and operations.
  • Help teams make platform decisions that are realistic, secure, and maintainable.

What matters to us

You should care about production reality, not only diagrams. The best architecture is understandable, operable, secure, and realistic for the team that has to run it.

Helpful experience

  • Kubernetes and OpenShift architecture
  • Cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-prem infrastructure
  • Networking, identity, security, and platform operations
  • Enterprise architecture and stakeholder communication
  • Clear documentation and handover discipline

How you work

You bring structure into complex infrastructure discussions. You can explain trade-offs clearly, challenge assumptions respectfully, and help customers move from uncertainty to a practical architecture path.

Platform Engineering

Cloud Solution Engineer (m/w/d)

Build automation, GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, Helm charts, operators, and platform tooling.
80–100% On-site Remote
AutomationGitOpsCI/CDHelmOperators

What you will do

  • Build automation for Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud-native platforms.
  • Create GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, Helm charts, and operators.
  • Improve platform tooling for developers and operations teams.
  • Work on real customer environments with production constraints.
  • Document technical decisions so teams can own what gets delivered.

What matters to us

You should like building things that are maintainable, observable, and useful under operational pressure. We value clean handovers as much as clean code.

Helpful experience

  • Kubernetes or OpenShift engineering
  • Helm, Kustomize, GitOps, Argo CD, or similar tooling
  • CI/CD, automation, and scripting
  • Go, Python, Bash, YAML, or platform tooling development
  • Debugging platform issues across infrastructure, applications, and delivery pipelines

How you work

You think beyond the first working implementation. You care about repeatability, operational clarity, and whether another engineer can understand and maintain what you built.

Platform Operations

Operations Engineer (m/w/d)

Operate and improve Kubernetes and OpenShift environments with focus on stability, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
80–100% On-site Remote

What you will do

  • Operate Kubernetes and OpenShift environments in production.
  • Handle updates, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational hardening.
  • Improve runbooks, escalation paths, and platform reliability.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to reduce repeated operational pain.
  • Support customers when production systems need calm and structured execution.

What matters to us

Operations is not just reacting to alerts. Good operations means ownership, patterns, documentation, and calm execution when systems are under pressure.

Helpful experience

  • Kubernetes or OpenShift operations
  • Monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response
  • Linux, networking, storage, and infrastructure fundamentals
  • Troubleshooting distributed systems
  • Ability to document and explain operational decisions

How you work

You stay structured when systems are noisy. You know that reliable operations come from preparation, clear ownership, and practical routines.

Reliability Engineering

Site Reliability Engineer (m/w/d)

Improve reliability, observability, incident response, automation, and production operations.
80–100% On-site Remote
SREReliabilityObservabilityAutomationIncident Response

What you will do

  • Improve reliability and observability of cloud-native platforms.
  • Build automation that reduces repetitive operational work.
  • Support incident response, postmortems, and reliability improvements.
  • Work across platform, operations, and engineering teams.
  • Help teams define practical reliability targets and improve production confidence.

What matters to us

SRE work should make systems and teams calmer. We care about practical reliability work that reduces risk, improves visibility, and helps teams operate with confidence.

Helpful experience

  • Kubernetes, OpenShift, or distributed systems operations
  • Observability, SLOs, alerting, and incident response
  • Automation and tooling development
  • Reliability thinking under real production constraints
  • Clear communication during incidents and follow-ups

How you work

You improve systems by improving feedback loops. You care about metrics, signals, automation, learning from incidents, and reducing operational uncertainty.

Why join helvascale Serious work, calm execution.

You work on critical cloud-native platforms with a team that values ownership, technical depth, and clean handovers.
